State Health Systems staff in CA have been busy making HPV vaccination a priority. Here's what they've been up to:

• Society staff presented at the annual California Immunization Coordinator meeting hosted by the California Department of Public Health. This was a collaboration between State Health Systems and Primary Care. Over 150 people attended, and staff presented about Society HPV vaccination work, including an overview of the three HPV VACs funded FQHC projects in CA. 
  
  
• SHS staff are working to publish the annual California Facts and Figures 2016 publication in the spring. This year it will include an overview of the Society's efforts around HPV vaccination. 
  
  
• SHS staff partnered with L.A. Care Health Plan to send a co-branded immunization reminder to adolescents due for HPV vaccination in late 2015. The mailing was sent to over 20,000 adolescents/parents. Results are forthcoming.
